From Pressure to Pleasure – Nisha & Hari

Nisha and Hari had been trying to have a baby for two years, even though all their medical tests looked normal. When they met our couple counselor, they were advised not to rush into any treatments and instead begin a simple lifestyle program. Nisha followed a personalised diet with more whole foods and started regular exercise and yoga to manage stress.

In just eight weeks, her periods became regular, she lost some weight, and both started feeling closer and more connected again. By the third month, Nisha conceived naturally. “We didn’t need any procedures, just the right guidance and support,” Nisha says.
